The church appoints two new elders and two new deacons. Pastor Ricky Andrade speaks about what elders and deacons are and the biblical basis for appointing them in the local body. Each man being appointed shares briefly on what serving in ministry means to him. Ricky finishes with the gospel message of Jesus Christ.
